Hi all. Hope you are doing well and thank you in advance for any help. Ot is a rock and is odd shaped with a pretty perfect hole through it. Ive had it for a long time and decided to get thoughts on it. One friend said reminds him of a native American type piece. But who knows.

Natural stone, not Native American. Looks like sandstone and holes are either from fossils that fell out or old root growth when stone was formed.

If you blow picture up there are no signs of holes being drilled.
