It looks like the Bagseals.org website might be down right now. There is an active Facebook group to identify these. I searched "Bury" and found others that seem to share features with yours, though the backs look different. Here's one posted there - for John Grundy & Sons & Wood, Bury, England. Others have been found in Charleston, USA etc.
