what kind of belt buckle

Hello,newby around here,the item isn't that old,but cannot find out what it is,won it with three other buckles.They said it's silver,will test it myself to see,but the design throws me,looks like a logo but i just don't know.Please help if possible.All I have is the pic they took as soon as it gets here,will post more if needed.Just thought I could get a idea how to find out or maybe one of you have seen it.Thanks for your time,just for reading.
