What kind of dime-coin is this?

Was doing a box of dimes and I saw what looked like a silver rim and found this coin, when I saw the first date, 1967, I thought it still might be but, then I saw the date on the other side was 1973. I would guess it is Russian but, I don't have the right letters to even search for it on the internet unless I just typed in what they kind of look like. I keep almost all of the different coins that I find except newer sailboats (Can.). TIA If anyone knows what it is or has a good web site for ID'ing coins. Hope the pic comes out OK all I have is a scanner.

It looks greek to me though with the lettering, I can see a clear Lambda and Pi
