Looks like one of three things (or I might be wrong HAHAHA):

1. Melted old Coke Bottle

2. Maybe Aquamarine (but looks kind of green, maybe lighting)

3. Trinitite: TRINITITE

Looks like glass slag. Notice the burst bubbles ?

I'm leaning towards the glass. Too bad it's not hiddenite.
