It is not Heavy, Found in Bastrop County, Tx. Thank You !

I believe the black side is the outside cortex of the stone and the other side is the true color of the inside of the stone. Probably a big reduction flake. I cant tell if there is any secondary flaking due to the pic quality being poor. If there is work on the edges then it is a tool if there isnt then it would be Debitage.
