What makes a cent MS67RDor MS68RD?

That's what I thought. :) Money is funny... the more you have, the more you need to maintain the lifestyle. Let's say you make $60k a year. Taxes will take $25k off the top, that leaves you with $35k. Retirement savings, health insurance, phone bill, cable bill, power bill, water bill, car payment, car insurance, rent/mortgage... next thing you know, you're eating ramen and drinking Natty Ice. Everything costs more in NYC too, so factor that in and I really don't know how people live on less than $100k a year working/living in the city.

Yeah, I think the $60k a year is really ideal for couples living together, so you can combine a lot of your expenses. I love the way money works, and that's why I'm going to college for finance. ;)

My company is putting me back to school to get my masters in international finance. I'm slightly frightened. Let me give you a piece of advice, though. It isn't what you know, not at least at first. Get decent grades, then get an internship. Bust your ass and work as hard as you can, you're basically trying out for a job. If you don't get the job, get another internship, work harder. If you still don't get the job, try again... internships are the way to go.

Thanks for the advice. Will do!!! I'm actually excited to go to college and learn all about finance. I think I would actually enjoy having an internship somewhere to be honest.

It's competition and prestige. If you're somebody like me with lots of disposable income and you already have a super-high end set, what's another $250, or hell, even another $1k to maintain your top ranking? At the end of the day, it hardly makes a dent in my wallet and I get to keep my status as a king of the subtype.

With that said, I don't collect top pop moderns, but I sure do enjoy making 'em.

If you have so much disposable income, I have an empty pocket where you can dispose of some of it!:icon_thumleft:
