Can someone tell me what size boat and equipment i would need to search and salvage a boat in about 200 meters of water about 50 to 60 miles offshore
Thanks Mark
I would maybe look into some ROV's and if I was going to work 50-60 miles off shore, the vessel length better have 3 digits....big ones! These wrecks are usually the ones where you recover about half the $$ it cost you to make the recovery.
Call the Discovery Channel and get them to film it...then they can bring the 4 million dollar boat and ROV's
I have spent a lot of time at 200m over the years the daily cost was about 50,000.00US$ for 6 of us to work 8 hour shifts working from the bell, The last time I was there was back in 1987, so add a bit for inflation.
Deep is expensive and requires a different mind set and of course a large bank balance.
