What state is best to live in?

I used to live in Arrowhead above San Bernardino. How is the crime these days? I wish I never sold my house up there. I regret moving back to Maine....HUGE mistake.

You would take to it like a duck to water. Plus, if you move close to Virginia Beach then we can go hunting when I visit my parents. Just to sweeten the pot... I have a friend who owns ten acres of undetected property on a civil war encampment near Richmond. I have his permission to go whenever I want. Just need a hunting buddy and a date.

I live outside of Boston but lived in San Fran for a few years and loved it. Nice jeans weather all year long and you are an hour away from skiing, the beach, the desert, etc, etc. but its damn expensive. Along with San Fran, I'd put London and Vancouver as the 2 other best cities in the world.
