Ryan, That looks a little like a stainless concho from a womans belt. Could have a little age on it,but I couldn't guess how much. those belts used to be real stylish with the gals in the fifties. Good luck !

I have never seen a concho that was a foot in dia??????????? or is it a 1/4"

Without having a size on it there is the possibility of it being a concho up to a part of a decorative tin roof ceiling tile. We really need a size reference to get more precise as to what it could be.
