What do people usually do with clad they find? Do you save, coinstar, etc...

No, most banks won't accept those toasted zincolns. They will tell you that YOU have to turn them into the fed yourself to exchange for good coins. Of course, you will spend more on shipping than you will get back so you are best just dumping them in the trash.

I looked into sending the zincolns in and you are right...cost of shipping makes it useless. If you lived close enough you could take them in and cash out.

I just rolled some toasted ones in with about 10 rolls of pennies and cashed them in. I'll see if the bank tries to get me back for .84 cents.
