Shouldn't laugh I guess, if the SHTF , some people would kill for this set up and the road kill.

My preference is to drown the meat in béarnaise sauce--to cover the appearance and enhance the taste-- then enjoy the' finger meal' after you have had several beers or shots of tequila.

I butchered more than a few road killed and illegally killed deer for the a Game Commission to donate to needy families. Often I'd buy a couple pork butts to mix in with the ground meat.
