Anything fur trade or pre 1890 or so military. If i was in Louisiana i would be thinking of early french stuff, love that era. Could happen here (iowa) but doubtful.

Been detecting for well over 50yrs now.
One Silver Dollar.
Simple isn't it. 😁

For me it would be a 1 pound gold nugget, already found a gold coin so I am looking for something much bigger LOL

I’m pretty sure there are plates and buckles still out there, not to sure about that treasure though 😬
IF you are going to dream, you might as well dream big…

Hell, I am dreaming that one day I will hit the lottery…It just may happen tonight…

After all…I have already found Santa Fe…Or is it Tayopa??? It’s one of those long lost treasure tales…

Dream…It doesn’t cost a thing…

An 1823/2 Capped Bust Quarter. The only variety of the 1823 was the 3 over 2 variety.
Not many known in the better conditions. There's got to be a few hiding in the ground somewhere around the country.

There's a lot of stuff I never found, but at this point can't remember what they are! Getting old means you can't remember stuff.

Something from my family with a name on it . Like a grandfather or Grandmother.

A more pristine pull tab than this one...
