if it is supposed to be an old treasure- they didn't have blue spray paint back then

Your going have to back up so we can see the layout. I believe one stone say go 350 ft look for another stone.. not sure though can't see enough

It doesn't show ft. My bad I'm just use to work in ft.

blue paint might be an update to the old signs
That blue is not an up date in the treasure sign system. It's marking that stone for someone to see it maybe. Do you understand the Bible. If you do then . Look in Daniel and Rev. That is the Key to that stone.

What country is the stone?

Zimbabwe I do read Bible but a meaning to that will not be easy for me to understand your help greatly needed

I'm not sure here, this is just a crazy theory of mine.

Each indentation is actually a mathematical addition, like an abacus, indicating the value of what is hidden below the rock. The second row could possibly indicate how deep it is.

I beleive the rock grinding areas are just that. A tribes place to grind nuts and grains. By placing the grains into those grooves. Then with another stone they would use it the grind down the grains. The reason why there are several is so several women (most likly) can all do it together

I think you're right. Ancient way of grinding grains. I've found some of the same type of grooves/indentations/ruts in stones here in southeast Arkansas while walking recently plowed fields after a rain. Only difference is they were all singles and much smaller.

Look how the indentation are spaced. Three on one side and in the lighter color. That could be from just shadowing. Then five with a gap then one more. Your theory is plausible but there are other stones there with a different type work seen on most sites.

He should know if that was the case. Unless he is from another place. I've never seen that type of markings before.

Or they could be stone tool sharpening areas like these in this photo

That rock is a large one. But your theory would work on maybe the other stones in the area. I know on many sites I see the number 350. And with the other very similar type stones work seen on those stones of his. That how I based my guess.
