What would you call this?

Looks uniface-but the other end is completely raw-unmodified. Looks like it may be a scraper but am on the fence. What is this? Found on a Mississippian era site on a friends property a few years ago-in Illinois

Possibly a broken Knive that was repurposed as a Scraper.

Nice rock with a good worked edge.... Use could be multiple things.
