Pepperj, I had the same problem with the manufacturer of my boat with emails not working. Try adding them to your contacts. Apparently my email for what ever reason kept tagging it as a spam and would not allow any correspondence. Once I added them to my contacts, everything worked fine.

Been busy with renovations and health so it's still buried in the storage of life. been on the mind of late to start this in the process.
