Whats the oldest thing youve ever dug up?

I assume the farther down something gets the older it is for the most part. And I'm sure the type of soil and detector play a large roll as well, but I'm curious as to just how old of stuff you guys have been able to find? Sorry if that's a stupid question but I'm curious to know.

Copper culture piece. An axehead. - Oconto, Wisconsin. Found with an old blue box Coinmaster 5000/D running straight all metal GEB. Probably 800-1000 years old. The museum that ID'ed it wanted it. I said no. It resides in a Folgers can in my closet. I'd post pics but can't seem to find an attachment button....

It doesn't look like much. Here's the piece. Copper axe head found in Oconto, Wisconsin. ID'ed by some curator lady at some museum up there, both of which I forgot the names.

It was on an old churchground, very deep. 12-14" Found using an old analog blue box Coinmaster in all-metal mode.

I was going to throw it out, but figured I'd wash it off and see what it was. Glad I did.

There are 4 'hash marks' scratched on it. Still a mystery as to why, but maybe it was a count of how many white-devil scalps it's owner claimed using it.

1822 Large Cent at a house built in 1872. Only down about 5-6". I've dug IH's & Wheaties in the same yard that were much deeper!

I detected a 1774 Spanish Half reale in of all places a high school football field. I thought I hit the jackpot, it is only worth about 10 bucks in the worn shape its in. One of my favorite finds which I kept, its priceless to me, lol.

Pre-Woodland Native American Indian Fishing Point (Arrow) found while digging and panning in a stream for Gold in Central North Carolina. I was told that the Fishing Point pre-dated the birth of Christ. I kind of wish that I had kept it but donated it to a Boy Scout Troop for their' project on Native American Indians. Other than that and sort of like AusTexDude's finds, I have dug lots of Aquamarine, Ruby, Sapphire, Garnet and Gold specimens that are probably 300 to 500 million years old.

It would probably be this MJ Tobias Railroad Timekeeper watch part I found,believed to be around mid 1800's. Also found an old flat button that could be Colonial and in these parts Colonial relics aren't that easily found. Oh and old square nails.
