✅ SOLVED What’s this contraption?

It seems to work like a pump. With gas cylinder, push rod, and plunger. But I see no vent, intake, or exhaust. There may be or was a hole at the tip of the push rod, but it is boogered up. The internal workings are also shot. My google research shows the name to be a tire co. And the closest image that Ive seen to it, believe or not, is women’s breast pump. Go figure?
 
Could it be a vintage bicycle tire pump?

Breast pump. LOL now i had to laugh. i think scubas right it is a old tire pump, the hose would fit on the finger holder end. sorry i posted same time as him. azdirt.
