Wheat and Silver Ring..Doesn't Get Much Better(for me)

Well it does get a little better...like maybe a Merc or SLQ...BUT I am mighty happy with my 1942 S Wheat and my ovalated .925 Silver Ring with a crosses design pattern.

Both were found within 5 feet of my car where I parked at Rec Park (Long Beach) . They were both less than 2" deep and rang up at 72 on my Fisher F4.

The Wheat is really in very nice shape...my last 5 wheats from the dump site were so cruddy I could only date 1 of them.

I am lucky the ring was shallow because I know Captn SE's got ALL the deep Silver already .

So after a 2 month dry spell I got 2 rings in 3 days...Yep..I'm happy!
