Today I hooked up with Koleen and her friend Denise at our "secret site" which is now accessible again to us. We hunted for a couple hours. The other ladies found nothing of note. I stayed an hour or so later and ended up with 8 pennies, 7 which are wheats, the oldest being 1919. I also found a key, a threaded doo dad, :dontknow: and a silverish rock that must be kryptonite. :icon_scratch:

In the not so distant past, a hunt with seven wheaties would have had me pretty excited. Alas, that day is gone.:crybaby2: Today I kept longing for something shinier......or 100 years older. :-\

I hope you all are getting out.

HH,
Michiganne

Once ya hit the 1800s ya can't go back!! Unless its silver. We have all had hunts where we just can't find the old stuff we want. Just goes with the territory. Next time you'll get some.
