They are updated regularly. If you use standalone version google earth pro you can toggle on historical years to look at different years of coverage. Its very handy.

Updated? From clean full color shots to a straight line where the color is depressed or even stripped off.., u don’t think that’s strange…odd… google can’t provide a clear even color sat photo all
