My daughter in law lost her iphone in the snow at a few hundred acre camp. I drove over an hour to do the search. After some detective work, we narrowed it to three possible areas. First area a no go. Area number 2 was the right spot! Under about a foot of snow for 3 days and it still works. Another happy camper.

Cool that you could find and return your daughter-in-law's phone. And still working after 3 days in the snow. Thanks for sharing and congratulations.

Wow this is incredible. I didn't think it was possible to find a phone under the snow at all. Especially an iPhone, which can often go off in the cold and then it's impossible to get a call.

A good deed, indeed!

Nice find Mike I used to live on Austin Lake

Did you metal detect it or call it from your phone?
