Where do you post about scammers?

I bought a detector from a member in December and sent it back because it wasn't in the condition he said it was. He said he would refund me my $736.00 but so far has paid back only $75.00 and he won't answer his phone or e-mails. All documentation about this transaction is on paypal and personal e-mails. Iwould like to warn others of this fraud.

You may have to settle it with paypal. Someone left a post yesterday with all the phone numbers for paypal, ranging from customer service to the top. I can't remember who posted it, but if you look around you should find it. Good luck in resolving your issue.
