Not much to see but this is where part of Hammer Field an Army Air Base use to be.Over 300 coins, buttons and religous medals have been dug up by me. :D Started hunting this place on 11-25-06 and still today iam finding coins.I found enough brass and copper to fill up two 55 gallon drums. There is not much history about the base so it made it hard to know where to start but it sure has been fun. aa

Nice area AA, except for one thing, your'e 100* temps all summer and lack of shade for hunting......... :)

D

Base closures happening all over the place...wish I could hunt a few.

Two 55 gallon barrels, that should bring a pretty penny.
Looks like a great place.

Fossis..............

Hey fossis it looks clean now becaused they just disc it. When i first started scrap was laying all over the place.I guess you can say we did community service by cleaning up the place. ;) aa
