I'll be packing from the frozen North to sunny Ft. Myers FL in about a month. As I'm going through withdrawl, I'll be bringing my AT Pro along. Plan to mostly beach hunt (dry and shallow water), but plan to hit a couple of parks or other areas as well.

Which coil should I bring 8.5X11 or 5X8? I only want to bring one.

I have both coils too! This is a hard decision but I have to agree with Ron! Unless you can just slip that tiny 5x8" coil into your carry on bag then you would have the best of both worlds!

Why have two coils, if you only use one?
It looks like you are over packed.
Surely, there is something that you don't need to take to make room for the second coil.
