Which MD'er should I go for between the GMT or AT Pro

Having a real hard time making up my mind between getting an AT Pro or a GMT. Will be in SWestern desert areas mostly with alot of tailing piles and old Spanish mines and I just cannot decide which machine would be best in the long run as I have to make this purchase wisely.

Any advice will certainly be appreciated.

The AT Pro might be good, but I think (as a nugget hunter in the desert) the GMT would probably be better. Of course, there are a couple of caveats here. If you end up hunting in the water, and I've done so down there, the AT Pro might be preferable. If you plan to hit old camps and ghost-towns, then the AT Pro. Also, the jury is still out on just how small a nugget it will find and in what kind of ground. ..Willy.
