Whiskey bottle (?) maker’s mark?

Found this brown beauty in a pit this afternoon and it appears to me to be whiskey (?). I’ll try to post pictures of very hazy maker’s mark. Appears to be a T with a parallel line below the top, possibly an anchor and another letter (P?). Help!

The Sazerac Bitters lady's legs have a monogram of "PHD & Co" on the shoulder. Almost looks like at least a couple of those letters on the base. Wonder if it could be a varient?

Great bottle! I've never found a truly pronounced lady's leg like that, just this one bottle would make my day.
