Try some pics outdoors in daylight.

looks like mica schist or a granitoid with mica and biotite, but like the other guys said, brighter pics in sunlight and no blur would be helpful. The shiny stuff is probably either mica or pyrite, cant tell without better lighting

What he said; granitoid seems most likely to me.
