Whites Classic II SL VS Tesoro Compadre

Any comparison at all? Does the Whites even come close to the Compadre in performance? Not the Classic ID just the plain 'ol Classic II SL with no screen.

Both are fine starter detectors, but if I was starting over I would choose the Tesoro.

Thanks Sandman. i just took delivery of a Tesoro Sidewinder today and then won high bid on a White Classic II ID. So i guess i will get to try them both and see which one i prefer.
