Has anyone used the coinmaster pro for relic hunting. I bought this mder because it was what I could afford and wanted to go with a trusted name. I've found lots of stuff,nuthin yet I would call a relic and found lots of coins. Is it the mder or just have put coil over that button or bullet yet?

if you havent found what your looking for yet

1. you havent swept over it yet
2. its not there
3. you have discriminated it out
4. your going to fast
5. low and slow wins the prize

I have a Coinmaster (not pro) and use a DD Shooter coil on it. Haven't found relics (but then again I don't hunt for them...LOL), but have found clad, jewelry (some good, some not), and of course assorted junk. If it's there, you will find it, you just haven't gone over it yet. Dig everything!!! As said before, swing your coil low and slow.

I'm hunting in areas where plenty of cw action took place. I'm sure it has been hunted over and over but surely they didn't get it all. I only disc. Iron maybe that's what I'm doing wrong but from what I can tell that only disc. Out nails,fence ect.

well if your looking for relics and have iron discriminated out then your probably missing out on alot try it with iron on and dig everything........................................................... if your relic hunting dig everything

I will hunt all metal from now on. The reason I wasn't is I didn't really think of the iron I was thinking lead, brass for bullets buttons and what not. I am dead set on finding bullets. But I can still find them in all metal. I may have left all sorts of stuff behind. That give me a reason to rehunt the area. Thanks for input
