I found on of these and need an honest opinion of this machine, it comes with a eclipse 950 coil. I know nothing about this machine except that it costs $1000. It got good reviews, my experience is a bounty hunter 505, please inform me. I usually hunt parks and fields. Central Indiana does not have a beach.

It's my favorite detector. However, I wouldn't pay more than $650.00 or so for a used one in very, very good shape.

Not a bad price at all, assuming it's in good shape, and not abused.

I have a DFX E model, and it is fantastic. The unit has found coins at 8 to 10 inches with the 950 coil and when I put on the 4x6 shooter coil it is a real hunter in the heavy trash areas. Good Luck.

i love mine I would also suggest a smaler coil for the parks. I have the 4 X 6 and also a 5.3 for parks and like them both.
