Whites Great Customer Service

I bought myself an early Christmas present ( A 13" Detech Coil for my MX Sport). Finally had a nice unfrozen day to try it out and found that the mounting holes were too small for the bolt to go through. Thought I might just drill them out but thought I'd call Whites to see if I would void the warranty. Talked to a very nice lady who said she would send me another coil ASAP and to return my other one in the prepaid postage package. New coil arrived today and fits perfectly... I've always had great customer service from Whites, which is why I will continue to support this american company..

Nice! Awesome to have companies like White's that are US companies that provide fantastic customer service. On a side note, how do you like your MX Sport? I ordered one over the weekend & it's due to get here tomorrow. Can't wait to get it out on a hunt.

Whites customer service is by far the top in the industry. Never had any problem with them at all. My old whites classic id was over 15 years old and I told them what was going on with it and they sent me a new coil, foam grip, and cuff all for free. I can’t say I’ve ever had a company give me anything 15 years after purchase and were very helpful about it as well

KLP462 . Oh I love the MX Sport, I upgraded from the XLT so I just had a small learning curve and at first I dug everything even if I knew it was trash just to get use to what the detector was telling me. I am getting some more depth than my old XLT. Happy hunting

There are no (never) posts in the TDI SL Forum so may I ask a question here? If you follow the Metal Detecting for Gold forum then you know I got my TDI SL (special edition). I was the first to buy one on Monday. My question to you TDI owners is...... I set the knobs as suggested in the Quick Start. One suggestion was to turn the gain all the way up until it "chattered". I got no noise whatsoever doing that. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong, if anything at all? Tnx. ╦╦Ç
