Is it some kind of French or English writing and trying to see if there is any history on the names.

If Susanna Maria Jacoby was German, this would be a start. Maybe.

Godparents were Mr. Carl Christopf JACOBY, righteous man from Hanau and Miss Susanna Maria JACOBY (JACOBI), legitimate daughter of Mr. Carl Otto JACOBY from Steinau.
