Looks like it, or possibly "hypertensive" rather than "hypertension". The last word in the "Due to" entry is "Bilateral" (ie something affecting both sides of the body or of an organ).

That's the automatic go to on death certificates, especially back in the day. especially if you were over the age of 60.

A lot of times was Cirrhosis of the liver. Don't know if my spelling is correct.
