Who can read Russian? Need help figuring out maker / makers mark on Samovar

Up for auction tomorrow, large Samovar with tray, tea pot, bowl, cups. Its even more complete than any I see online. Can anyone decipher what it says on it? The newest date I can find on it is 1899r. At the bottom of all the writing.


I didn't take a pic of the whole thing but it looks very similar to this one but again with matching cups & so on

I believe it is a Tombak samovar.
