Who made this Derringer?

I belive this to be a Derringer and not a toy gun. Anyone know or can point me into the right direction on who made this?
It has fancy ingraving on it. The only marking on it is under where the grips would be. The marking is 412.

Definately not a toy. I'm as far from a gun expert as you could get but after pouring over some photos almost all the derringers have a rounded bottom on the grip, except the Sharp's. This one also seems to be double barreled side by side (not the more common over & under).
