here is a dragon i have been working on for a while...
the dragons head is a failed cast for another project..sat through two flagstaff winters...before i saw what i made...
strange mixture of copper, brass, a couple 18k chains...
i have two rubies for the eyes...marque cut...salvaged from a pair of earrings found at yard sales...nice color...
i am drilling out eye sockets to mount the stones...some fine tuning on nostrils...

i am considering plumbing the dragon to light cigars...
the chain mail is hand twisted, cut and woven...about 60 hours of wind wind wind..snip snip snip...weave them together...whew...
a small collection of single ear stud stones will be set in the body...as if the dragon had been sleeping on it's hoard...
anyway...long term project...
