✅ SOLVED Who solves the puzzles?

I think the solved puzzle deal was a good idea, a nice feature, and I am sure it can be very helpful. But if someone is going to have the ability to declare a puzzle solved around here, they should be known, and be able to provide an intelligent answer before they push the button.

Anyone disagree?

Forgot to ask, how does someone get the ability to hit the solved button, and how many and who has the authority now? If we can know who the mods are, we should be able to know what we have for problem solvers here too.
