I live in Australia. This reminds me of how our natives called aborigines, live.
However I noticed childrens play things and a lack of empty beer containers.
I've heard about how many municipalities have become bankrupt in the USA and have to cut back on essential services
and alowing the infrastructure to crumble even further.
Is this an example of having a poor rubbish pick up by the council. What's the point of putting it on the street if it just piles up there.

I noticed a microwave oven which must be worth $5 as scrap. Maybe you could use this as an avenue to get to know your neighbour.

Just a short update, the complex was inspected today, the owner could be facing criminal charges, when asked if he will clean it up, keep it clean and kick out the trouble, he said "I guess I have to now" Gee, don't do anyone favors dude! The inside of all the apts are also just as bad or worse, and the smell is horrible. Thank goodness people are listening now, we are tired of dealing with it. Red

This is a good example of the "squeaky wheel getting the grease". Good job guys on finally getting something done. It's pretty sad when you have to get the city on the news to get them to do their job. I'm sure they are strapped for cash like the rest of us but if there have been that many complaints something should have been done a long time before it got that bad. Kudos!

Good morning everyone, Chug was at work when the news showed up, so I talked to the reporter. She loved the video Chug did, they wanted to show more of it, but had to keep bleeping it. We have been dealing with this for 7 years, making complaints, taking pics and sending them out, we tried everything to get him to clean it up, this was the last straw, and it is bad when things get done after a reporter has to call city officials. I love how clean and nice our side is, compared to the other side, the reporter and camera lady loved our yard, they were amazed by all the flowers and decorations! Yes they are strapped, but for goodness sake, people shouldn't be living like that! Thank you everyone for all your support, we really appreciate it. We told Trong that we were tired of all the mess, and he kept saying he would take care of it, he knew what was going on and he doesn't care! The ONLY reason why he is cleaning up is because he is being forced to, one tenant over there asked for a new front door, and their rent was raised $100.00 a month!!! Thats not right!!!! Red

gald the issue is fixed for now ,, i thought it ilegal to rase rent fer routine maint that would be like my land lord rasing rnt for replacing furnace after the flood cost 3500 bucks
