Wife was at her grandparents homesite, wich is in poor condition and in a small country town, She owns part and was just checking on things. She thought she saw an old matchbox car under the delapidated porch and , against her better judgement, crawled underneath.
It was unsafe and too far back for her to get to, so she called me to come with my metal detector. She was sad, no matchbox trans -am, like she wanted, but I was happy..I pulled out a silver 1937 German 2 Reichsmarck. It was her moms parents home, and her grandmas parents home before that. Great grandpa never spoke muck english and died in 1982.
She is sad, still wanting her prized matchbox smokey and the bandit Trans -Am, and I am over joyed at my find..
It is in the best shape I have seen from pulling anything out of the ground.protected from the elements
So, guys, trying to find out info, value, or websites to find info..cant wait till she lets me pull up the rest of the ancient porch..and the 1800's cellar closed up with mud..
