It seems that the plan is to blanket the USA with millions of active 5G antennas.
I am wondering if this will impact detecting and specifically the Equinox.
I'm certain that the engineers and tech's in the forum should have the answer.
Thanks

It will render all metal detectors useless!! Most modern detectors are adjustable for EMI and I doubt there will be any problems.

I've been hearing alot about 5g and nothing good of it. It's frequency is almost that of another method called crowd control, I dont know if it is but I'm staying away from it new phone will be 4g

I've had more problems with WiFi than cell phones. Lot's of areas with WiFi that I can't "noise cancel" at all. Cell phones and other detectors haven't been a problem for me so far.

Where I live we only get 3g about half the time-5 g won’t be here till 2040-8 years after the world ends due to global warming.

Haven't you heard? 5G causes global warming! :laughing7:
