About scraping , Thousands and thousands of years ago natives scraped pieces for precision fit , and being a part time machinist i was thinking we haven't came that far , because all the high end machine work needs final scraping for fit up ,even the most precision machine tools have been scraped to fit. all by hand from flint scrappers right up to today with carbide scrappers, i know this probably dont fit in here but thought people might be interested in it.
