Window weight???

Found this in a very old city park on my lunch break today. Very very heavy looks to be made of lead. Makes me think of a window weight but never seen one shaped like a bell Any ideas??

I don't know about a window weight but, I think it is a weight of some kind. JMO.

Maybe a scale counter weight. Never seen a Sash weight like that.

It's strange. It looks just like a bell in every aspect. But definitely lead and not a bell

Cast as in molded with melted lead..Once in a while a blob of nothingness pops out..
