Winter up on the Gold claim

I spent all day yesterday up on the claim in the blustery winter weather (71 an a lil breezy ) first 2 pics are up at the claim the last picture is on the way back down with Quartzsite AZ in the distance .

the last photo looks like the superstitions.....was the photo taken from the rez? kinda looking s by se...? or from Fountain Hills looking south by south east?

I have seen those hills around QSite, in the summer become "phantom" hills and show up where they really aren't. The desert is so cool when it is hot.
The claim looks like drywasher heaven,,,,Arid.

Yep, looks like Az....Congrats my friend on the yellow stuff......I am trying to plan a trip to Bullhead in October for wife and I, a company I worked 16 years for has a reunion in vegas then. I will give you a heads up when I am positive I will make it so we can at least meet up.
