I'm not exactly sure how this set was to be used. I can't read the maker but I see on the bottom line "--ogeport, Conn
It's kind of neat, in any event.

Love old tools. I’m sure what you see as "--ogeport, Conn” is for Bridgeport in Connecticut. A likely maker would be John S. Fray & Co.

Fray started business in Bridgeport in 1866, incorporated in 1909 and was bought by Stanley Tools in 1920, but Fray is still listed in trade directories up until at least 1927.
