I normally don't post my finds, but last week took some effort to scrounge up a few good finds. The hard part for me is that I had to re-roll the halves in order to get my cash back quick enough to make my scheduled pick-ups. The bank that I dump my bags at has the counter in a back room and i usually don't see the $ back in my acct. for a few days. So when time is tight I have to re-roll.

Total Searched = $7010.00

Half Dollars, 9 boxes + $1,200 in customer rolls
Dimes, 3 boxes
Bag of nickels ($260) + $300 in customer rolls

Results: (1) 1967 half, (2) Roosies, (2) War Nickels, (1) dateless Buffalo Nickel

Highlight of the week was a 1944 merc found in the reject tray of a coin counter while getting a bag of nickels. :D

Frustrating moment of the week: I go to a bank that usually calls me when they get halves in and say that "I was just passing by and figured I'd stop in to see if have any halves". Teller that has called me on many occasions tells me "Oh yeah, I had $180 that a man turned in and I've already bagged them up and sent them off to be re-rolled. Some of them had a funny sound when I was breaking down the rolls. I should have called you, just forgot, oh well, sorry...." :'(
