Working iPhone found and returned

Went to the beach this morning was finding mostly light trash and very few coins. i got a high tone and a vdi bouncing from 30 to 32 on the nox right at the high tide line. I got the target on the first scoop and it turned out to be an iPhone 11. the Phone was in good condition and turned on when I hit the button. It had a message that said this phone is lost please call Michael and had a number displayed. I called the number and the phone connected but I couldn’t hear anyone on the other end so I went to my truck and called the number from my phone. Turns out it was his wife’s phone and she had lost it last night. They looked For it last night and this morning and had given up and we’re headed home when I called. They turned around and met me back at the beach and I returned the phone to its rightful owner.
finds for today 1.58 in clad a junk ring and a happy couple.
