Worlds smallest working pocket knife, 1936 wheatie and a ? in same plug.

Found a tiny one inch blade pocket knife about 4" down. It's marked USA P2281782 and has a mother of pearl looking side, it fell off when I picked it up. Its about 1 1/4" overall. Checked the plug again and found a 1936 wheat, checked the plug again and found a "whatsit" looks like a tiny flap, it has Prentice, USA on the back. Had to be a spill of some sort as they were only about an inch from each other in the plug. The whole bunch rang up solid like a nickel on the 350.

The tiny flap, did you find out what it is? I just found one yesterday fully intact. Trying to figure out what this could belong to.
