One aspect of our hobby I really enjoy is finding old, worn points. The time and effort that has been put into them is something to appreciate. but I can't make up in my mind on this one--whether this is a point, or just junk.

Opinions please and thank you.

Difficult to say for sure friend but I'll have to vote not a point based on the pics.

Even with it in the hand is hard to tell--ha!

Thanks tdog. Appreciate it

I can see why you can’t make up your mind. Been there too.

Hmmm. Because of the material it makes it hard to see Knapping or worked areas. Difficult for sure.

Not a point, may be debitage at best. I would have left it.

unfortunately i'm not in the business of collecting debitage, unless it's something I have not seen before--thanks for the replies. I think what caught my attention most was the flute-looking detail on the top. Had to take her home and wash her off.

I thought I saw a flute too and was thinking maybe a broken base resharpened into a scraper, but like others said tough material to tell
