Worst Winter So Far

No storms, sand not moving, gold still buried

. By this time every year I've already found a fair amount. It sucks knowing how much is out there buried under 5-7 feet of sand. As much as I'm enjoying the mild weather, I miss dropping down off of those massive cuts onto thick black sand. Hopefully something will happen soon. Good luck all.

MrMikeJackie, I could have written that same post; on the Ct side of LI it's been slim pickins for me, also,

I'm going out today to see if anything has changed

p.s. I just read that there may be some dredging operations in the near future in the area...not sure how far out.

A lot of dredging going on at Robert Moses. Found lots of ww2 ordinance, 50. Cal shells and bullets. Nothing else however. Have a happy and lucky new year, Mike
